How to Add and Verify an ACH Bank Account for Billing
When to use
Follow this guide after you add an ACH bank account for funding your account credits.
Step 1 — Add an ACH account
Log in to the Dashboard and go to Billing.
Choose Add a payment method and select ACH / bank account.
Enter your bank details and submit.
Step 2 — Verify the account
You may see one of two verification methods:
Micro-deposits: Small deposits will appear on your bank statement in 1–2 business days. Check your statement for amounts and enter them where prompted in the Billing section.
Verification code: Some providers place a short code on the bank statement (often starting with two letters and a few characters). Locate that code and enter it in the Billing > Payment Methods area to complete verification.
Step 3 — Confirm the payment method appears
After verification, return to Billing > Payment Methods. The verified ACH account should be listed as an available funding option.
If you dont see it, refresh the page, log out and back in, or clear your browser cache.
Troubleshooting
If you received a confirmation from the payment processor but the account is not visible in Billing, double-check you used the Billing > Add a payment method workflow (not another settings screen).
If verification is pending longer than 3 business days, contact support with the bank name and date you initiated verification (do not share account numbers in support messages).
For immediate help, use the in-app support or contact your account manager.
Notes
Once funded, credits are usable immediately according to your account plan.
Keep an eye on email for confirmations from the payment processor (e.g., Stripe).
